More Details on the Theme and Symbols
Now, this is an interesting sight to behold, as this slot exploits a rather peculiar theme, lifting the curtain of the shady business of the canine mafia. The matrix is the standard five reels and 20 selectable paylines and the betting range is £0.01 – £120. The symbols are the Dogfather himself (that is also the wild and the highest-paying symbol), the obligatory arm-candy every mafia boss needs that bears uncanny resemblance to Lady from Lady and the Tramp, a menacingly looking pug that’s obviously his right hand (or paw), a bull terrier, a couple of Dobermans, as well as all the paraphernalia of a mobster – brass knuckles, guns, cigars, gloves and a safe. There’s also a pink bunny and ransom money just for a pop of colour in the dreary scenery. The red hydrant symbol is the key to the bonus round, while the sketchy Itchy da Flea will activate the free spins.

Conclusion – A Fun Theme, Free Spins, and Bonus Game
Life can be ruff when you’re running the dog mafia and you’ve got the ghosts of bunny hostages haunting you, but the Dogfather seems to be doing a pretty good job, managing his henchdogs and controlling the treats market. In addition to the original storyline and interesting graphics, the slot also offers decent chances for good wins, especially with the Mark Your Territory bonus game where you can win random coin prizes that will be added to your payline wins. There’s also a round of 13 free spins that can be harder to activated than the bonus round (we managed to trigger the bonus in our first 20 spins while the scatter Itchy da Flea appeared on three positions well after our 60th spin). However, these can be retriggered and all wins during the round are tripled. Overall, this is a very pleasant slot with a good quality and frequent low payouts that will be a nice addition to any online casino’s game catalogue.
