Completely ridiculous idea and theme aside, I have to admit that I’m actually pretty happy with the way this slot turned out! Now, admittedly, it’s a little bit older (you can really tell a slot’s age when it calls Wilds “substitutes”), so I can’t hold things like the simpler graphics or lack of music against it. But what I can do is praise it for its myriad of bonus features and games, the variety of which is pretty rare even today! The slot offers a pretty fun bonus game (activated with three or more Tree Scatters) in which the Lumbercats hold a tree climbing competition. The better your cat does, the more you’ll win! There’s also a free spins feature activated by getting a special log symbol on both reels 1 and 5, but since you only get five free spins with no multiplier, that feature’s a little bit underwhelming. To make up for that, though, you get access to a gamble feature after winning which allows you to quadruple your earnings or lose them all!
